Highly trained driver staff will ensure not only safe transportation of your equipment, but also sanitary and gentle handling of each machine at pickup and drop-off to your facilities and ours.
Certified, Trained Technicians
While all technicians are certified and factory trained for each manufacturer’s equipment, the commitment to service excellence and expertise does not end there. Accurate has invested heavily in developing proprietary in-house training regimens to ensure that nothing is missed during the repair phase of your equipment. Updated training and materials are provided regularly to keep each technician consistent with industry standards and knowledgeable of equipment upgrades. Additionally, an apprenticeship program is in place to ensure proper training has been completed before any staff member is permitted to service your equipment on their own.
Infection Control Assurance
Appropriate handling of all equipment, both clean and used, is a serious priority. You can be assured that no cross-contamination between units will occur during the pickup or delivery process. Additionally, all equipment is immediately disinfected and cleaned prior to entering the production area. A second cleaning is performed at the technician’s bench, with a final complete cleaning, disinfection, and cosmetic touch-up executed before shipping. Your equipment will be returned completely patient ready and “factory fresh” upon delivery.
